We are currently credentialing with all major insurance carriers in Colorado. Once credentialing is complete the list of officially approved insurance carriers will be added below.

Yes! I am currently also getting credentialed with both Tricare and Medicaid. I am not seeking credentialing with Medicare at this time.

Dr. Moses is only accepting patients who are already established or have seen her at any point in their lives at this time.

Please see the local resources section for ideas on where to find care. You may also request to get on Dr. Moses’s waitlist, but know that we cannot give an estimate on how long this wait will be.

For established patients - Please utilize the HIPPA complaint patient portal through Osmind for all questions regarding care and scheduling. If you have trouble accessing this system please contact their IT at Helpdesk@osmind.org

There is no current penalty for rescheduling up to the time of the appointment. However, please, for consideration of other patients who may want your appointment spot, try to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.

Important - If you no show there will be an automatic $50 no show fee.
